I have lived here 25 years and can’t imagine anywhere else in Houston to live. Location, location, location (Studemont @ Washington). Beautiful green spaces. Human sized, not a high rise (only 3 stories tall). Two pools. Wonderfully nice and prompt maintenance and management staff. And a 5-minute walk to an HEB. See why I’ve lived here 25 years?!
