I have lived here 25 years and can’t imagine anywhere else in Houston to live. Location, location, location (Studemont @ Washington). Beautiful green spaces. Human sized, not a high rise (only 3 stories tall). Two pools. Wonderfully nice and prompt maintenance and management staff. And a 5-minute walk to an HEB. See why I’ve lived here 25 years?!

I absolutely loved living at Memorial Heights apartments in Houston. The location was perfect – close to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests were always promptly addressed. The units themselves were spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities (like the pool and fitness center) were top-notch. I would highly recommend Memorial Heights apartments to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Houston.

I have been living in this community since 2015 and I can’t think of a better place with affordable rent in this vicinity. There is a lot of happy memories tied to this place as I spent 5 precious years of my Houston life in this community. The close proximity of Houston downtown, a lot of greeneries in surrounding area, serene atmosphere make this place very unique and suitable for families to stay longer.

I love this place. I’ve been living here since being displaced by Harvey and have enjoyed it immensely. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. The grounds are well kept as well as the pools. It’s gated and there’s plenty of room to walk my dog. I feel perfectly safe walking the dog at night, too.

I have lived here almost 5 years and about to renew again. The staff are very friendly, and if any maintenance request, it is addressed very timely. The grounds are spread out with two pool options that are always sunny, and of course couldn’t ask for better area of town to live in.
